      Great company, flat organization, highly experienced people

      Cons

      Low salary increases. Low bonus. Not much honesty on how to get shares. No work life balance.

      Pros

      Flat organization does encourage communication with upper management. Interesting projects and benefits are on par with most competitors.

      Cons

      Despite all their corporate communication, they do not value their employees as their greatest asset. Constant preaching of "manifesto" makes it clear anyone with differing opinions are not welcome despite diversity being one of their pillars. Compensation is laughably out of touch with the market and path to becoming a shareholder is shrouded in mystery.
