Pros
- Good company culture and values - Job safety - Ability to move around different sectors - Will treat you well if you stick around with the company long term
Cons
- Slow salary progression at the entry & mid level - Not enough structure given to graduates and new hires, you have to figure things out for yourself - People who market themselves will get recognized more than people who keep their heads down and work hard - People indulge in a lot of corporate speak and chest thumping as to how the company is different from other competitors
