Pay is on upper end of scale Office setup is away from cbd centre People in my area have been helpful Work globally from your first project Some people travel globally so you may get that opportunity

Cons

Full work from office, not hybrid/remote Projects are mostly mining companies based Typically work longer hours than a normal office day If you travel for work, it will most likely be in the evening/on weekends/in your personal time

- Poor work life balance if you want to succeed in your role - Large companies are slow moving and as a result, many things are process-driven and inefficient - Poor backfilling of vacant roles, leaving imbalances in workloads - Work from home policies are not flexible enough in a post-pandemic world - There is not a clear path to growth and you have to be willing to take your ownership for your career growth.
