- Global travel - able to experience different cultures on the job - Many career opportunities available in a wide range of technical fields - Able to work with lots of bright people with good ideas

- Global travel - sometimes disruptive to work/life balance - career opportunities are available IF you're willing to drive towards them (i.e. career progression very dependent on ability to articulate you value to the right people) - path/process to higher compensation (company share ownership) is unclear - though company prides itself in entrepreneurship, the barriers to growing a new small business within the company are difficult to navigate
