Hatch is filled with some amazing and kind people. They follow a "flat and connected" organization model that keeps everyone on the same playing field and are open and honest with their employees- a rare find in this day and age. You'll feel valued and excited about the work you're doing while being given ample opportunity to grow in the way you want.
