      All talk, no action

      Pros

      Flat organization does encourage communication with upper management. Interesting projects and benefits are on par with most competitors.

      Cons

      Despite all their corporate communication, they do not value their employees as their greatest asset. Constant preaching of "manifesto" makes it clear anyone with differing opinions are not welcome despite diversity being one of their pillars. Compensation is laughably out of touch with the market and path to becoming a shareholder is shrouded in mystery.

      Pros

      Former LTK colleagues are great to work with. Atmosphere still feels the same in that aspect.

      Cons

      Upper management continues to ignore the fact that great talent is leaving. No matter how much you put into your work the company will not put in the extra effort to make you feel like a valued employee. Missing the days of LTK.

      Good compensation, nice vacation benefits, great location outside Boston, interesting projects, good group of people

      Cons

      Unbillable OT is commonplace, small offices are seen as secondary to the larger ones, on boarding can be a challenge for new hires, as there is not a formal on boarding process past the first day of getting your station set up
