Pros

A lot of great people work here and business is booming. Projects span across many different industries so if one is in a downturn there are others to pick up the slack. Zero layoff during the Covid pandemic which is saying a lot.

Cons

I haven't been here that long but so far there isn't much to dislike. The only thing that stand out is a change in stance on working from home on a regular basis. It went from 3 days in the office and 2 days from home to 100% in the office in a matter of months. I know this has been a common theme at most companies outside of the tech sector but it feels like its more of a justification for the office space costs rather than a "need to collaborate in person".
