Pros

Hatch has an excellent onboarding process - in particular in their Nuclear Division. I worked with many good people while I was at Hatch. My boss was excellent - very supportive, knowledgeable, and fair.

Cons

Could have been a bit more flexible in terms of working hours (i.e. 7-3, 8-4, 9-5, 10-6, etc.), and senior management wasn't as efficient as they could have been at getting rid of staff who were incompetent/lazy.
