Pros

Real respect for technical and intellectual excellence

Cons

No people-centred values (no, really); primary focus is on maximizing the profit (at the expense of credibility, client value, longevity or employee recognition)

Good work life balance

Pros

Work life balance is great, very flexible. People are generally nice

Cons

Not a lot of development, as they want you to be billable. So if you don’t know something, it will be hard to get the training. If they need a skill set for a job they will hire someone or work someone remote instead of training local people. I understand the business side of this so I am not upset, but it is a con.
