Pros

Mid-level staff were good to work with. Enjoyed the challenges of the work that I was responsible for. Interesting projects that Hatch worked on.

Cons

Total lack of communication between shareholders and non-shareholders. What was being told by CEO and Senior Management to staff was not always accurate. Re-branding of Hatch was felt to be a waste of money by most support & mid-level staff.

Excellent staff to help you learn. Work/life balance. Mentors are always eager to help.

Cons

Large company, when things are slow, there are layoffs. You get moved to different countries for longer than they orginally tell you.

Lean teams so you get exposure to new technologies. The management expects you to deliver more than what you are capable of.

Cons

Company lacks transparency and communications with employees. Hard to build relationship with Manager as they are usually not involved in your projects
