Pros

Middle management and personnel are the only reason it keeps ticking. When you have the chance to build your team the sky is not even the limit.

Cons

The protected stock offer secret policy is paternalist and linked to an upper management that is affected by the parkinson affliction. Therfore as the cie evolves it deteriotes and it becomes evident that the only objective is to protect the millionnaires that manage it. In fact the founder knew the risks and once said 《we don't make money at Hatch, it is only a side effect of what we do best!》
