      Pretty decent benefits. Highly intelligent colleagues. Flexible schedule.

      Amount of travel. Poor scheduling. Company structure. Constant change of management and key contributors detracts from effectiveness. Poor choice of design software.

      Their salary, benefits and technology were fantastic. I had a top of the line computer for running multiple CAD softwares. I was given a lot of training, both formal and OJT to help prepare me for multiple projects.

      Cons

      The atmosphere of the company for the last year that I worked there was one of fear. People were always worried that they would go into work that day and have it be their last day with the company. There was a terrible onboarding program. After working at the company for two years I was informed by a senior designer that I had been drafting drawings that did not comply to their standards.
