      Great people to work with but forgotten in satellite offices

      Pros

      Fantastic people to work with. Challenging work - (operations support) Wide range of responsibilities in my role meant I could move on from there to many different roles. Great career opportunities if you manage to get into a hub office.

      Cons

      Working in an operational support office on a client site meant that we were the last to get the role out of information. Missed out on some opportunities because the people who made decisions in the regional office didn't know who we were.

      Very little I can see if any.

      Inept managers. I got hired on with Hatch to work on a big project which never developed. I found that there was a lot of inept project managers running projects that they shouldn't have been given to run in the first place. They develop projects not with the customers values considered by making it efficient and cost effective but by gaining as much profit in their pockets as they can from the project. I've been working in this industry for some 35 years and I can say that Hatch was one of the worst companies I have had to deal with. I had an uneasy feeling the whole time I worked there.
