Pros

Good benefit package. Pay is above average for entry level. Most people are extraordinarily nice and knowledgeable. Social events are fun and create a nice environment.

Cons

No support on career growth if not an engineer. Experiencing slow growth if had no chance to rapport with your supervisor/manager. Remote work its only in "emergency" situations, and require an explanation for "absence" at the office although 100% of work is online with teams scattered all over Canada or the world. Onboarding is lacking, you will find yourself scratching your head at every acronym thrown at you for about a year.

Exceptional access to engineering tools and assistance. Lost of interesting project opportunites. Able to switch roles. Can typically get the support you need.

Cons

Despite the "socialist" company line, all consulting firms are driven by profit, first and foremost. You'll be squeezed, so don't be afraid to push back.
