      Pros

      Decent salary, good benefits, flexible work time, multicultural teams, good support systems (IT, library), there are many good people working here, but...

      Cons

      Not all teams are respected and treated equally, some managers are extremely arrogant and you can't even report them because they may find a way to push the blame back to you when they talk to higher management. Some people in managing positions have come across as extremely disrespectful towards others and may even make you a scapegoat to avoid blame for failures. Sometimes inexperienced people are put in managing positions that lead to quality problems in projects.

      - Hatch is good for starting and salary is average among industry for EITs. - Juniors can be exposed to various projects, good place for growth

      Cons

      - Salary rise is very slow, the biggest bump happens when turning into Peng. Unless you have an offer outside, you will never get a big bump. People with good connections to management more likely get a higher salary rise. - Some senior engineers have high salary but no guidance on juniors, even juniors do the most work. Sometimes have to fighting for hours. - Hard to keep life work balance, always deadlines and anything not related to work like meetings, trainings have to use own time. - Low salary for intermediate engineers compared to competitors, high expectations from managers. - Senior engineers always too busy to guide or talk to juniors.

      * Awesome Work Culture. * No micromanagement. * Managers are very good and supportive. * No issue in taking leaves. * Latest technologies to work upon. * Flexible work hours. * Work from home post covid.

      Cons

      * Salary is less as compared to the market. Many employees left recently due to salary issue. * Annual hike is also on lower side. * Role titles are not justified as per Indian market.
