Pros

A few years ago, I probably would have had something to actually write here. The people I work with are generally nice. The benefits package is decent.

Cons

Compensation is well below the industry average and managers don't seem to care. Work environment can be hostile/toxic at times.

Pros

Hatch had good people working for them and had lots of experience before the mining downturn.

Cons

Hatch is a typical consultant. Don't be fooled by the privately traded company it just makes it more lucrative for the associates. When times get tough hatch make sure they can squeeze every dollar from their clients. They did nothing to remain competitive and ensured that management kept their jobs. I worked with alot of good people at hatch but they were all retrenched.
