      Pros

      It has a few truly smart and genius senior staff. If you are lucky working with them you will learn a lot.

      Cons

      Its been in canadas top employer list for a decade. It no longer deserves to be. Bosses show favouritism, leadership is lacklustre, non engineers remain clue less about the business due to lack of proper onboarding, there is no encouragement for work life balance.
