      Declining Services due to favoritism

      Pros

      Good history and name in the market but declining. Why? If you want to know the truth, see the comments in cons.

      Cons

      They are bringing people who are close to the senior management. Also, some old favorite employees who were either classmate or old friends but not capable was brought to the management and running the show. They were incompetent and causing damage to the reputation and goodwill of the company.

      - Interesting work - Good pay - Reputable company

      Cons

      - Bullying - Anyone who mentions the work culture is good, has almost certainly not had any other jobs elsewhere. The way people behave here is not at all normal. Horrible culture. - Manifesto is used like a corporate shield from management to dodge difficult questions and constructive feedback. No one actually practices it. - Lots of carrots being dangled + manipulative behaviour to keep people around…

      Supportive colleagues in the office.

      Cons

      After months being out of Hatch, I am still struggling with the mental distress caused by discrimination at the office. Low management standards and no equality of opportunity are major problems.
