Pros

Ok if you are prepared to sell your soul, but even that doesn't guarantee success or recognition.

Cons

Recent redundancies internationally - very unstable company at the moment. High voluntary staff attrition rate. WFH actively discouraged and expectation to be in the office full-time. Lack of communication and poor management. Wasting ridiculous amounts of money on corporate nonsense and expenses for certain favoured individuals, whilst penny-pinching in areas requiring resources. Terrible understanding of local markets and cultures. Tyrannical imposition of systems unsuited to the size and type of projects. Capricious changes to software and systems which are not communicated to users. Obsession with box-ticking KPIs whilst ignoring efforts above and beyond them. Reliance on employees working unpaid overtime. No overtime payable unless signed off by CEO. Top-heavy structure, with any rewards going to senior management whilst other staff being exploited. Arrogant CEO completely out of touch with employees and international working cultures. HR directed by team with little understanding of international laws outside of their own area of jurisdiction. Non-compliance with international employment and data laws. Male, pale and stale Board. Gender pay-gap still an issue. Nepotism, especially relating to Canadian based management.

Pros

Company is great and ability to take on technical work is encouraged.

Cons

Culture is a little boring and sort of culty with the whole "manifesto"

Pros

Worked with talented colleagues and exposure to interesting projects.

Cons

- Management often falls short in supporting employees when it truly matters. - The company emphasizes its values and manifesto, but these ideals are rarely upheld when employees need support the most. - Leadership’s manifesto-driven approach can feel hollow and disconnected from real employee needs. - The company culture feels lacking, often exclusive, and geared primarily toward protecting top-tier employees. - Communication from HR and management is inconsistent and slow, particularly during critical transitions like layoffs, which happen often in the company. - Have to go to the office everyday, no flexibility on that at all.
