The technical staff are great, hard working and highly knowledgeable.

Cons

The office spaces are great for the supervisor to watch people, but too much noise and glare for the work we do. Management doesn't care, but we have to spend time on the corporate manifesto at each meeting. Senior management talks about work life balance, then puts in rules and procedures to have us work more.
