      Pros

      Not many. If you grind hard, you can gain the world but loose your soul.

      Cons

      Pay doesn’t allow you to live nearby. Offices are downtown locations. Long commutes with no salary to live nearby.

      Pros

      - great work experience in many different projects and fields. - mentors that care about career growth - loads of opportunities to grow and be involved - awesome corporate culture (loads of extra activities to get involved in if you'd like; events, social clubs, outreach, sports clubs) - positive working environment - freedom to do necessary adult things; doctors appointments, a quick shop, fetching family from the airport etc... - in-office culture makes mentors and leads accessible.

      None. I enjoy my job and the environment I work in.
