      great and intelligent people allow for many learning opportunities, interesting work

      Cons

      slow progression, low salary and compensation package relative to competitors. very high turnover as they want employees to be loyal to the company but don't provide the promotions or salary increases to keep people. it was difficult for many peers (managers and below) who have recently left since they loved the work and the people. at the end of the day, people need to survive in these high inflationary times. only senior people are prioritized.
