Fun and intense

Pros

Very positive environment. Everyone is excited to get stuff done and help our customers. Very skilled engineers. Management obviously cares. No micromanagement

Cons

It has the usual startup go fast hustle culture, which can be a mixed back. It's still hectic and chaotic as the company finds its cultural identity and tries to balance moving fast with shipping quality. Benefits are pretty bad but pay is great.

Pros

Decent pay and the employees on my team were great to work with.

Cons

Leadership is a mess. They don't seem to know how to run a company as decisions are made then quickly changed during implementation causing confusion for their customers and angst for their employees. Leadership does not live by their stated values and treat employees like numbers not human beings.
