Hatch is a great place to work if you're looking to get in the door at a fast growing startup. There's lots of room for growth especially on the sales team. We're moving more and more upmarket which means the AEs have opportunities to work larger accounts and the SDRs have recently taken on more responsibilities. The compensation plans are well designed to motivate each person and you can make very good money if you're hitting your targets. We've also made an investment in brining in experienced senior leadership from Snag, WeddingWire, Mapbox and Grasshopper, which is awesome to see and experience. Excited for 2021!!
