All about how the place looks like rather than resident care and suppliea

The residents were amazing thankfully

Cons

Short staffed and management could care less especially night shift. Unsafe for the residents. Falls, med errors. 30 skilled patients to 1 Registered nurse. Patients sicker than sick and too many for 1 nurse to care for. Always short on CNAs as well. Not to mention canceling the entire insurance plan w a 4 day notice instead of 30

Residents are amazing and the floor staff works so hard and as a great team.

Extensive required overtime without compensation (no comp tome)

Room for growth in a patient driven environment.

Cons

Insurance and census drives all things so if census is down so is staff and so is care. Burnout is an issue but if you are in a location with decent census you will be happier overall.
