Business Outlook

Pros

Discount on Furniture. Free Coffee, Tea, Apple Cider. Large Breakroom with 15 microwaves to allow great time management for lunch time.

Cons

Customer Service Trainerr in Braselton was a joke. I was in awe this person was the trainer. Skills lacking, inconsistent training, they did not know how to handle a Call Center with 2 Distribution centers. TX and GA. If your lead or supervisorwas gone, t you had to wait until the next day to ask for assistance. This was a employeeand customer nightmare. We can easily call TX management for assistance. Also, we couldn't use Teams Chat to TX for assistance. I was using CHAT features in 2003, 20 years earlier while working at a credit card company. I made the suggestion when the CEO came and asked for feedback. I advised we should use chat too. I was there for 8 months due to lack of supervision, training, and passive-aggressive management.
