Clean working environment. Good name recognition. Good place to get fundamentals for sales career.

Cons

Inconsistent sales structure. Have to watch out from coworkers taking sales. Long hours versus income reward. Sales people tend to work against one another, instead of working together to become better.

Cons

Micro-managers micro-managing only one or two aspect of the overall distribution process have truly missed the boat. Nepatistic advancement pushes hard-working quality employees away. The attrition rate is abominable...
