Good benefits. Great customer service. Fun people to work with.

Cons

Company needs to be more adaptable towards products based on demographics. For example, i live in a large beach community where Coastal Chic products and outdoor furniture are popular. Haverty's needs to allow local management to buy specific products that match the demographics. Also needs to provide sales reps with an hourly salary plus commissions due to extra work they take on for no wage.

Room for growth, benefits, 401K, the company rewards all employees better than some corporate companies I've worked for.

Cons

None so far. I enjoy coming to work everyday. It had been the best experience for me thus far.
