Pros

Decent benefits but only for full time employees. Two weeks paid vacation for full time as well.

Cons

Hours are nights weekends and holidays with no room to advance, Management does not take responsibility for their mistakes and makes a miserable work environment unless you are a sales representative. Great potential if you want to work tons of hours and work in sales but they do not take care of the office as well as they do the sales staff.

Steady paycheck and a good workout

Cons

Terrible company due to no family values. After 12 yrs of service they let me go because i got custody of my 6 yr old daughter and they wouldnt put me in another position. Great family values.

They have a desire to promote from within. This is a company where you can still start at the bottom and work your way up.

Cons

The work load can sometimes be a bit much. That is about the only negative thing I can say. Still a good place to work though.
