Good company to start with to build your resume, or for someone who needs extra cash.

Pros

-Super easy compared to other jobs I've had. -The two managers that I've had were super nice and cared about their employees, and really coached the sales associates. -Very flexible and will work with your schedule (I work another job and I am in school) -They give $100 bonuses for the holidays

Cons

The office associates don't get paid as much. The sales people were lazy and always in a bad mood if they didn't make their numbers . Customers would yell at you when their sales person would mess up. No room for advancement!

It was an OK experience the people and management are alright. Sometimes in sales moods are unpredictable depend on their numbers.

Cons

People move things from your displays around a ton, the pay isn't that great at all but it's ok if you want to start off somewhere.
