      Pros

      Lighting in showroom, nice bathrooms, vendor lunch once in a while, soda machine, hmm, A very nice porter to help with carry outs.

      Cons

      Soooo. My first furniture sales experience. I have been awarded many accolades in my career in high-end fashion, so I thought I'd give this a try. TERRIBLE! Sneaky, micro-management to the MAX! Same wages as McDonalds, but waaaaayyyy more hours to make that even. No advertising? No commission! Just a really sad environment made up of furniture has Beens, and Suck-up management. Wow, what a waste of my time and skills.

      The pay is fair. Working in teams. Management is pretty reasonable. Good benefits

      Cons

      Not enough pay for all the work youre putting in. Extremely hot and tiring and extremely fast paced. Shifts are anywhere from 10 to 15 hours
