The Branch Manager never takes care of problems that exist on the sales floor.

Family atmosphere . Flexible time off if needed. Fair quality of furniture. Decent work hours.Good sales training. Clean enviroment to work in.

Cons

Profit Center manager is always pulling the sales people down. He never says anything good to any of us. If you try to talk to him about anything, he knocks you down. Big time micro management. We do not take care of the customers like we used too because everyone is so concerned about MSC. They also try to flood the floor where you can hardly make a decent paycheck. One last thing..the Branch Manager does absolutely nothing about problems on the sales floor . OF course this brings nothing but turmoil on the floor.

The company has a very good reputation toward it's customers.

Cons

The payscale is deseigned to keep a person down. There are more ways to have your comission cut rather than to increase it. They spend way too much time concerned with how many customer emails we collect than the sales we close.
