Overall good place to work...corporate could display a higher level of loyalty towards sales team

Pros

Customers are always respected and well cared for. The product is good quality for a good value making it easy to believe in and sell. Managers are generally knowledgeable, helpful and encouraging.

Cons

Headquarters seems to forget the value of a quality sales person a little more each year as they continue to find ways to decrease the commission plan every January.

Haverty's as a company is great but the history of upper management in the Washington profit center is aweful!

Great customer service commitment. Product price and availability. Awesome delivery service and teams.

Cons

Benefits have been on a steady decline for the past 5 years...$1,000.00 annual deductable! It used to be $250.00 for a single employee. Also, office visit copays are very high! Upper Management is out of touch of issues concerning sales associates or at least that is the general perceived feeling.
