      Pros

      Classy Store. Nice Merchandise. Has a Good Reputation Among Customers, they've been in business a long time. They Do Provide Good Customer Service.

      Cons

      Employees are very dispensible there, bring 'em in and bring 'em out! Will fire you at the drop of a hat. Work environment is poor because everyone constantly fears for their jobs with the quota system they recently established. Some associates there were begging me for money and even personal hygeine items!

      Pros

      The people were nice, and gave me time off when my family member needed health care. The furniture was high quality as well.

      Cons

      When it was slow, it was really slow! I was able to read a lot on the clock... and do crossword puzzles, too.

      Pros

      Paid training Very good assertive sales training in my opinion. Adequate probation period to meet sales quotas. Easily navigated computer system. Access to sales reps and management keeps you up to speed on new products.

      Cons

      Aggressive sales atmosphere, however, when working on commission this is practically a given. Extremely helpful to have previous knowledge of furniture in general-although training is provided. As with most retail sales, working on weekends and holidays is a MUST.
