      Pros

      Been around a long time, reasonably decent benefits, good discount on furniture. some decent work colleagues.

      Cons

      Sales people are being abused and exploited by corporate, and at store level to also, don't hit targets and your gone, even after working for them for many years, store mangers quit on the PC manager constantly. No rules expect if your teachers pet. Commission rates keep going up unfairly.

      clean enviorment and friendly staff

      Cons

      Another year has come around and Havertys is taking money away from sales people once again. It's hard to make a decent living when they continue to raise gold quotas and commission quotas. The economy is a disaster and Havertys just wants to drain as much out of sales people as they can.

      Pros

      The store is clean but could use some improvement. No real brands. All house brands from China.

      Cons

      Working weekends and holidays. Never getting time off because manager plays favorites. No real brand names. All house brands delivered from China. Very low pay. Sales floor overstaffed. You may only get to see 1-3 people a day.
