      Pros

      Nothing. Old company that still uses the friends with benefits corporate ladder climb. Sell your soul and you can move up.

      Cons

      Pay continues to decrease. Positions continue to be removed while no pay increases for those that stay. Furniture quality is becoming cheap with a higher price point. Leadership doesn't let you in the good old boys club. This company is a wolf in sheep's clothing including all district managers. They also do not pay out benefits appropriately and lie about coverage.
