Unprofessional conversations on the floor, people invade your personal life too much, negative and judge mental, it can be hard to grow and learn in the environment, unprofessional training, training is too quick, management tells and doesn’t train you “how”. Management doesn’t have the patience to train new employees, the ones that stay don’t want you there. they assume you understand and know everything before you are properly trained, telling is not training
