Pros

Work is simple, co-workers were friendly, pay was pretty good

Cons

Got put on furlough due to COVID. I never got a response when they opened back up

Pros

I loved working for Havertys. I was there for 5 1/2 years. Pay was fair and when you have a good month it really paid! You didn’t have to work 7 days a week to make a good paycheck.

Cons

Honestly the only reason I left was because my wife’s job relocated us to a place that didn’t have a Havertys location

Pros

They pay you so that's good.

Cons

From the beginning there are issues. The trainer does not introduce herself or the training class to each other. She just starts talking. The training is from binders but the job is in a call center but there is very little computer access during the training process. Soft skills aren't trained or used in dealing with customers. It's a quick, almost useless training and then go sit at your desk and take calls.
