Sales goals that are hard to reach in a location of a dead mall. The company seems to only care about selling the extended warranty plan and Tempurpedic mattresses. As a sales associate you only get 2 paid holidays a year. If a holiday falls on your day off then that day is your holiday. Often scheduled for 5-9 days in a row. Management beats you up over sales numbers, on skills practice (role playing), continued over training on Mattresses. Pompous manager that is degrading to both sales people and customers.
