Pros

The training has significantly improved making it easy to learn product, system and sales. The company is progressing with new technology.

Cons

Have next day delivery and not pack the trucks to prevent damages. Merchandise is crammed into these trucks for capacity, which then turns into a lot of service repairs and refused product.

Always something new sizable discount (subject to decrease)

-compensation is over estimated - end time is never accurate, its always based on best case scenario. -work and life balance can be miserable at times -raises were based on metrics that reflect end time which is unpredictable and unfair.
