Great learning experience, but terrible in terms of displaying employee appreciation. Lack of progressive opportunities.

Pros

You can learn a lot if you put yourself in a position to receive the knowledge and make allow yourself to be teachable.

Cons

Low wage per hour that doesn't match up with the workload. There's absolutely no regard for the energy and your time is not valued. No matter how much knowledge you gain, it's only to benefit the company. There's no opportunity to grow and progress, neither is it encouraged.
