Retail and low pay especially to what it was and less chance of moving up in area and more micro management than use to.

Pros

Easy retail work schedule and great friendly co workers. Your not on your feet all day and you can build up a clientele for later use if you stay in the industry.

Cons

Starting pay is hourly at $10. You cant live off of that. Plus when you start, you don't get paid till 45 days after, so be prepared.

It's a nice atmosphere but the hours are long.

Cons

You work weekends and holidays. If you have a family you relationships may suffer. Compensation is poor and getting worse. Management asks for suggestions but never listens. Local and senior management is aloof and uncaring.
