Great furniture, customers are good qualified clients, most likely to be approved for credit. Various choice in finishes and fabric.

Cons

Toxic environment, misleading recruitment tactics, poor moral, flooded sales floor, vs. annual sales volume, constant commission structure change which makes it unattainable to reach and make a good living, negative corporate office. The worst benefits and pay plan.

Not long hours, like in most retail stores. The company adjusted plan keep valued salespeople.

Cons

Still a old southern Company with very old values.

Haverty's as a company is great but the history of upper management in the Washington profit center is aweful!

Great customer service commitment. Product price and availability. Awesome delivery service and teams.

Cons

Benefits have been on a steady decline for the past 5 years...$1,000.00 annual deductable! It used to be $250.00 for a single employee. Also, office visit copays are very high! Upper Management is out of touch of issues concerning sales associates or at least that is the general perceived feeling.
