Pros

Great manager and great team at my store. Havertys treats their customers really well. If you are good at sales, you can make good money. Loved the people I worked with. In Home design program pays sales consultants full commission.

Cons

Retail hours. Work all holidays, late nights, every saturday, every sunday. Commission only. They have increased their minimum quota several times in order to bonus on protection plan sales. Sometimes too many sales staff on the floor which means fewer customers and less commissions for you.

Working part-time as an office assistant is good job while in school Flexible hours and decent pay

Cons

Customer Service policies are very terrible thus making handling customer service claims difficult and tiring.
