      Pros

      the company is doing really well. Worked with a lot of great people, offers great benefits and overall treats everyone really well.

      Cons

      I don't really have anything negative to say about that place. Overall it is a great place to work in my opinion.

      Pros

      The company makes the highest quality products and has the best team in the industry. The product is in such high demand that we have been on an extreme hiring trend.

      Cons

      There are some challenges that we have had to overcome as we experience such intense growth. It has been noted that it is "a good problem to have", but nonetheless, we are doing everything we can to get our industry-best products out to market as quickly as possible.

      Pros

      Nice people, that's really about it.

      Cons

      Place is stuck in the mud, no real progression. You give ideas but if it doesn't come from people in offices they really don't care. I wasted 6 months there and after I presented many ideas on how to fix things it was basically shrugged off. If it ain't broke don't fix it. Place is also very much like a clique. If they don't like you, you'll be talked about behind your back.
