Pros

Never a dull moment. It's a great company to work for in terms of innovation, like minded people and opportunities. They tend to promote from within and encourage innovative projects.

Cons

You sign away the right to a maximum average of a 40 hour working week under the pretence of a 'sporting environment'. This is then taken advantage of and combined with a low salary. If you want to grasp the opportunities given you need to sacrifice your home life. The average age of a Hawkeye employee is below 30 and this is due to high turnover and employing of naive students straight out of university.

Pros

Travel is a core part of job role Direct access to elite level sport Opportunities for swift progression within company due to rapid expansion. Not afraid to promote from within based on merit. Dynamic and variable. No two days are the same Genuine opportunity for new/ inexperienced staff to contribute and improve the company

Cons

Pace of work can sometime be hectic Long hours on site and lots of weekend work, so can make life planning difficult. Nature of sports industry often leads to last minute schedule changes
