Great people in this department. We work with managers that care and a company that strives to excel.

Cons

The team is competitive and tough to compete against. Young energetic team that is sometimes too ambitious to stay in the same department because of pay leaves a smaller team

Excellent team/coworkers Positive environment Lots of training and skill building available Good place to grow your professional network

Only one raise in 2.5 years of working there, despite those being record setting profit years (and despite all exceeding expectations in many key performance areas and professional goals) CEO is out of touch with reality/normal people Zero bonus or profit sharing program, or any other such program to motivate and reward the team (besides the Sales team) Weak, expensive, sub-par benefits
