Thank you for your candid feedback! We'll share your review with the Executive Team. You have a great point in that is getter harder to know which new employees arrive and how best to get to know them well. This is one of the challenges that we, as a company, need to solve as we continue to grow. Our monthly company newsletter lists every new employee, their role, hobbies, and something interesting about them. These newsletters offer many people a way to get to know new hires, even while people are working from home and never get to physically meet the new hire. We also have a vibrant intra-office chat system and virtual watercolor in our Teams app. This has been a real savior for us to remain connected during the pandemic. Thank you for this feedback.
*Strong company culture
*Excellent work/life balance- Monday-Friday work schedule with major holidays off.
*HawkSoft customers are true professionals and is the best group of customers that I've ever had the opportunity to help support.
*Company genuinely cares about both customer and employees needs.
Cons
*Its nit picky, but 10 minute breaks. (I think 15 would be more ideal)
*Would be nice to see more opportunities for employees to work 4-10 hour shifts (Mon-Thurs) instead of 5-8 hour shifts (Mon-Fri).
*HawkSoft really does strive to promote from within whenever possible, but opportunies can be hit or miss. Sometimes there might be a long time between internal postings and sometimes they seem to pop up all at once. Seize opportunities when they come up.

Thank you for your candid feedback! We'll share your review with the Executive Team. You have a great point about the opportunity to do more job shadows. Those who have done shadows have raved about how much more perspective they now have of what others are doing to support the company's objectives and vision. We'll make sure to drive this suggestion at our next strategic meeting. You also have great ideas about how long breaks should be and a modified work week. I would encourage you to develop these ideas further with your manager and discuss with HR. These discussions are much needed, especially as we as a company rethink the future of work at HawkSoft in our hybrid model of working in the office and from home.
Hawksoft genuinely wants to be an employer who treats both employees and customers with integrity. It's a fantastic place to work.
Cons
Alot of turnover. My impression is that they believe their positive company culture requires proactively weeding out anyone who might threaten the harmony. They will tolerate alot in terms of one's personal life (needing time off on short notice for a family emergency), but have a much lower tolerance for anyone perceived as 'rocking the boat' or otherwise being a bad apple.
