      Pros

      The Leadership Team is completely in touch with the business. This is by far the most employee friendly company that I have worked in. Professional, hard working, top notch employees that work in each of our staffing offices. If you walk into any of our offices with MARKETABLE SKILLS and ENTHUSIASM we can match your skills with the specific needs of our clients. We also offer great benefits to temp employees!

      Cons

      Honestly, there are not many Cons. Hawkins Personnel Group is a family owned business. They like to promote from within and because people are happy working here there is a limited amount of opportunities to step into a position or move up within the Company. If you are seeking employment opportunities with any of our clients that we work with you will have to go though an initial interview and assessments process. Expect a 2-3 day hiring process for some jobs.

      Pros

      The Hawkins family overall is nice and fair to its employees. They do a good job of promoting from within when they can. They accommodate most reasonable requests from their staff.

      Cons

      The San Antonio Branch does not seem to be run like the rest of the branches. All of the other branch managers (Tri-County, Temple and Austin) are friendly, well spoken and quick to smile. Our branch manager was not.
