Pros

I have been working with Hawkins for almost 5 years. Coworkers, and my managers are phenomenal. It is a growing company and a great place to work with good benefits. The headquarters is a really nice, new, modern place and good environment to work.

Cons

With the company growing, it is difficult to implement change for improvement on processes. Pay could be better.
